It is the name of the product and it really works. My fine, wispy, blond hair that does not hold a curl, lasts all day with Lock it Down. I've tried many hair sprays, but this product offers exceptional hold.

Lifted my level 3 buzz cut to a level 9 in 30minutes, using the 20volume developer. No burning, slight cool feel, no irritation afterwords. Nice scent, very floral and perfumey. Hair felt great after.

This bleach has such an amazing lift and doesn't have that harsh chemical smell. In fact, I noticed zero fumes when I used it. Just a nice, light flowery scent. I love that it has a bond builder included already in the powder. Unlike other bleaches, it doesn't leave your hair feeling like straw afterwards. This has quickly become my favorite bleach!
