This is the worst hair product I have ever tried. Too heavy for my hair.
Used it twice thinking maybe I used too much but same the 2nd time
when I hardly used any. My hair felt wet, would not blow dry properly.
But what really p....med off is that you do not offer any kind of exchange for another product or maybe a discount of some kind. I will try to find another company that sells the L'Oreal Tecni Art Constructor which I usually buy. I wonder how Sephora manages to take back hair products and other companies offer better customer service. I don't even think it is worth one star.
