This is the best conditioner that I have ever tried. The people at Cosmetic World has it, and at a great price. Have ordered several times. This item is very hard to find, and I always come back to these people.

Excellent product. Have been using it for years. Although, or me it fortifies hair follicles, it doesn't increase hair growth.
