Several years ago, after many years of dying my prematurely grey hair, I developed an allergy to hair dye. It started with itchy scalp and over time it worsened to the point that I actually had blisters on my scalp and red swollen eyes. I tried every product that promised it had no ammonia, PPD, etc. I even tried wearing swimming goggles to protect my eyes. I honestly thought I would have to go grey!
Finally, a hairdresser recommended Elumen. It works, it covers the grey, and it doesn’t wash off. — Elumen is a permanent direct dye, which is non-oxidative and ammonia-free.
As far as I know, although Elumen is available in many beautiful colours, there are only 3 shades that promise to cover grey, those being, from darkest to lightest NN@6, NN@8 and NN@9.
