How to hold scissors and comb while cutting hair
Place the comb in your non-dominant hand, and hold it flat against the section of hair you are cutting. The comb should be at a slight angle, with the teeth pointing away from you. Make sure to keep the comb taut while cutting the hair with the scissors in your dominant hand. Cut small sections of hair at the same angle as the comb. Make sure to keep the scissors close to the comb while you work, to ensure the hair is cut evenly. Repeat this process until you have achieved the desired look.
