What are the shipping fees for orders to different countries?
Canada: For Canada, Cosmetic World offers FREE SHIPPING for orders over $49 except when shipping to postal codes listed here as extended postal codes or extra extended postal codes.
United States: Cosmetic World offers FREE SHIPPING everywhere in the United States (Except Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Guam) for all orders over $99 CAD (after discounts and before taxes) except when shipping to certain Postal codes.

Where do we ship our orders?
Can I track my order once it's shipped?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will provide the tracking information for you to track it right to your door. For orders from Toronto and certain locations covered by our in-house courier, tracking is not available but our driver will contact you before arrival.
What should I do if my order is delayed or lost in transit?
If you're uncertain about the status of your order, we recommend first checking the tracking information we've provided. If the tracking information doesn't provide any updates, reach out to us through our Contact Form.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If you've received damaged products or need a replacement, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package. We'll promptly respond within 5 business days to verify your request and confirm the shipment of your replacement item
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Are there any products that are not eligible for returns?
Due to quality assurance and hygiene considerations, chemical products, hair colors, hair care products, nail polishes, nail treatments, personal items, wigs, hair extensions, and electrical appliances are considered final sales and cannot be returned.

What payment methods do you accept?
Within the US and Canada: We accept Visa credit or debit cards and PayPal for your convenience.
Outside the US and Canada: For security reasons, we do not accept PayPal as a payment method for international orders. However, you can still use Visa credit or debit cards for your payment outside Canada.
Is my payment information secure on your website?
Absolutely, your payment information is 100% safe on our website. We prioritize the security of your data and use robust encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your sensitive information
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
You can request order changes, but once your order has shipped, we cannot make any modifications to your order. Please reach out to us promptly if you need to adjust your order.

Are there any loyalty programs or rewards for frequent customers?
Yes, we have a loyalty program! Earn points for every dollar spent. New members get 150 points upon registration. Each 100 points is worth CAD $2. Points are redeemed in 100-point increments.
