Develop for up to 50 minutes or until desired lightening in achieved. No heat.Step 2:After desired lift is achieved, rinse thoroughly and apply Wellaplex No2. The development time depends on the condition of the hair and the desired blonde result. Carefully check the hair every 5 – 10 minutes during the process.
