After staining, discoloration, or decolorization, apply Schwarzkopf Fibreplex No. 2 Bond Sealer. Apply the recommended amount of Federal sealer to the hair after washing it as usual. You should leave it on for five to ten minutes. Following rinsing, style your hair as you like.
