Wella Color Touch Emulsion 1.9%/6 Vol Developer 1L

Wella Colour Touch Emulsion is outlined to be utilized with the Wella Colour Touch and relights ranges of semi-permanent colorants. It's a thick and rich, creamy water based formula which has an impressive mixing ability and gives heavenly performance as it sticks to the hair giving you mind boggling control with its non-trickle recipe which is impeccable for precise colouring techniques. It correspondingly layers hair giving you awesome even coverage whilst providing radiant looking colour. It provides you with safe colouring results and is Ammonia free.

Wella Colour Touch Emulsion is available in 2 different strengths.

1.9% is great for use with most Wella Colour Touch Colours to enhance colour and condition. Perfect for use on recently permed, normal to fine hair.

4% is recommended for use on grey hair and works better to keep colour in longer when using the Vibrant Red Collection. Perfect for use on coarse hair.

Wella Colour Touch Emulsion is to be used in a 1+2 parts ratio e.g.  30ml Colour Touch  + 60ml Crème lotion.
