- How long does shipping take to Canada, the US, and international destinations?

Usually, orders within Ontario will take 3-5 business days. Order within Canada should take around 7-14 business days.

Orders to the US, orders will take 5-10 days. International orders may take up to 8-12 weeks.
- We also offer DHL Express Shipping which delivers all orders internationally within 4 business days

- Can my order be shipped to me?

We ship to all addresses in the United States and Canada. For international, a list of countries are eligible for shipping. If your country is not on the list, please feel free to message us here before putting in the order.
- What are the shipping fees for orders to different countries?

Canada: Cosmetic World offers Free Shipping for orders over $59 except when shipping to postal codes listed here as extended postal codes or extra extended postal codes.

United States: Cosmetic World offers Free Shipping everywhere in the United States (Except Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Guam) for all orders over $125 USD (after discounts and before taxes) except when shipping to certain Postal codes.

- Can I track my order?
- Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will provide the tracking information for you to track it right to your door. For orders from Toronto and certain locations covered by our in-house courier, tracking is not available but our driver will contact you before arrival.
