Mix Shades EQ Gloss with Shades EQ Processing Solution in a 1:1 ratio.*
Apply the mixture evenly to clean, dry hair, working from roots to ends.
Let process for 20 minutes.
Rinse the hair thoroughly and style as desired.

* If desired, you can mix Shades EQ Gloss Crystal Clear with any shade to decrease or lighten the tone of the formula.

How long does shipping take to Canada, the US, and international destinations?

Usually, orders within Ontario will take 3-5 business days. Order within Canada should take around 7-14 business days. Orders to the US, orders will take 5-10 days. International orders may take up to 8-12 weeks.

Can my order be shipped to me?

We ship to all addresses in the United States and Canada. For international, a list of countries are eligible for shipping. If your country is not on the list, please feel free to message us here before putting in the order.

What are the shipping fees for orders to different countries?

Canada: Cosmetic World offers FREE SHIPPING for orders over $49 except when shipping to postal codes listed here as extended postal codes or extra extended postal codes.
United States: Cosmetic World offers FREE SHIPPING everywhere in the United States (Except Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Guam) for all orders over $99 CAD (after discounts and before taxes) except when shipping to certain Postal codes.

Can I track my order?
