For every 1 part Blonde IQ 5 High-Lift colour, mix with 2 parts Redken Pro-Oxide Cream Developer.

For example:

30ml (1 oz) Blonde IQ High-Lift Colour + 60ml (2 oz) Pro-Oxide Cream Developer

For a larger formulation:

60ml (2 oz) Blonde IQ High-Lift Colour + 120ml (4 oz) Pro-Oxide Cream Developer

Use exclusively with Redken Pro-Oxide Cream Developer in 20, 30, or 40 Volume, with 40 Volume (12%) being the maximum permitted developer strength.

Professional Application

On-Scalp Application

Mix at a 1:2 ratio with 20, 30, or 40 Volume Redken Pro-Oxide Cream Developer.

Apply according to the desired high-lift colour service and process at room temperature for up to 45 minutes.

Do not use heat. Do not cover the hair, and do not gather the hair into a bun during processing.

Off-Scalp Application

For techniques including balayage, foil highlights, meche, and freehand applications, use the same 1:2 mixing ratio with 20, 30, or 40 Volume Redken Pro-Oxide Cream Developer.

Process at room temperature for up to 45 minutes without heat.

Wear appropriate disposable gloves during preparation, application, and rinsing. Redken also instructs colourists not to use metal tools such as metal clips or combs with the mixture. Rinse the hair thoroughly after processing.
