Chemical products may cause allergic reactions, which in rare instances can be severe. Conduct sensitivity and allergic patch tests 48 hours prior to each application. These products must not be used on eyelashes or eyebrows.

How to use

First application:

4 sections should be formed after shampooing and drying the hair
With a tint brush, apply H1 Straightening Cream section by section from the nape of the neck upwards
Leave 1-2 cm of space between the scalp and the end of the needle
Distribute evenly across all hair by saturating and combing
During the development time, let it sit for 10-20 minutes at room temperature (to prevent tension on the hair).
After rinsing and drying thoroughly,
Each section should be heated for 2 seconds at temperatures below 180°C/360°F
From roots to ends, saturate flat-ironed hair with H2 Neutraliser
For 2-3 minutes, leave it in
Comb through during development
Rinse out thoroughly

Retouch

Only apply on re-growth
Distribute evenly while avoiding scalp
Comb through during development
For very resistant hair, develop for 15 minutes; For sensitised hair, develop for 10 minutes
Develop under room temperature
Rinse and dry thoroughly
Heat each section for 2 seconds with temperature below 180°C/360°F
Saturate flat-ironed hair with N2 Neutraliser from root to ends
Leave in for 2-3 minutes
Comb through during development
Rinse out thoroughly

How long does shipping take to Canada, the US, and international destinations?

Usually, orders within Ontario will take 3-5 business days. Order within Canada should take around 7-14 business days. Orders to the US, orders will take 5-10 days. International orders may take up to 8-12 weeks.

Can my order be shipped to me?

We ship to all addresses in the United States and Canada. For international, a list of countries are eligible for shipping. If your country is not on the list, please feel free to message us here before putting in the order.

Canada: Cosmetic World offers FREE SHIPPING for orders over $49 except when shipping to postal codes listed here as extended postal codes or extra extended postal codes.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will provide the tracking information for you to track it right to your door. For orders from Toronto and certain locations covered by our in-house courier, tracking is not available but our driver will contact you before arrival.
