How to use?

1. Apply 2-3 drops for each breast after cleaning / bath
2. Start with one side of your breast in a stroking motion with slight pressure
3. Repeat on the other side
4. Apply another 2-3 drops and start from the top of your breast
5. Massage upward from the top to the collarbones
6. Push your breast towards each other and hold for 20 seconds
7. Repeat 2 times
8. Use daily for 4 weeks for best results
