The use of cool-toned pigments in conjunction with far infrared neutralizes unwanted warm tones from the inside out. This lightening system is suitable for on-scalp and off-scalp applications and provides less swelling than conventional lighteners. It is available as a cream or powder. Achieve superior performance with CHI Blondest Blonde. The Crème or Powder can be mixed 1:1 with CHI Blondest Blonde and CHI Color Generator.
