How long does shipping take to Canada, the US, and international destinations?

Usually, orders within Ontario will take 3-5 business days. Order within Canada should take around 7-14 business days.
Orders to the US, orders will take 5-10 days. International orders may take up to 8-12 weeks.
We also offer DHL Express Shipping which delivers all orders internationally within 4 business days

Canada: Cosmetic World offers FREE SHIPPING for orders over $59 except when shipping to postal codes listed here as extended postal codes or extra extended postal codes.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will provide the tracking information for you to track it right to your door. For orders from Toronto and certain locations covered by our in-house courier, tracking is not available but our driver will contact you before arrival.

Not good.

This is the worst hair product I have ever tried. Too heavy for my hair.
Used it twice thinking maybe I used too much but same the 2nd time
when I hardly used any. My hair felt wet, would not blow dry properly.

But what really p....med off is that you do not offer any kind of exchange for another product or maybe a discount of some kind. I will try to find another company that sells the L'Oreal Tecni Art Constructor which I usually buy. I wonder how Sephora manages to take back hair products and other companies offer better customer service. I don't even think it is worth one star.
