How to use

Shampoo and towel dry the hair. Wearing suitable gloves, apply colour directly from the bottle. Apply colour evenly to the hair, working through lengths and ends to ensure even distribution. Comb through. After development, emulsify with warm water then rinse the hair thoroughly. Style as usual.

How long does shipping take to Canada, the US, and international destinations?

Usually, orders within Ontario will take 3-5 business days. Order within Canada should take around 7-14 business days. Orders to the US, orders will take 5-10 days. International orders may take up to 8-12 weeks.

Canada: Cosmetic World offers FREE SHIPPING for orders over $49 except when shipping to postal codes listed here as extended postal codes or extra extended postal codes.
United States: Cosmetic World offers FREE SHIPPING everywhere in the United States (Except Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Guam) for all orders over $99 CAD (after discounts and before taxes) except when shipping to certain Postal codes.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will provide the tracking information for you to track it right to your door. For orders from Toronto and certain locations covered by our in-house courier, tracking is not available but our driver will contact you before arrival.
