Wet your hair and body with lukewarm water. Squeeze a small amount of shampoo onto your palms. Lather the shampoo into your hair and skin, working it in from the roots to the ends. Rinse the shampoo off thoroughly with lukewarm water. Repeat the process if desired. Follow up with a conditioner if needed.
