After we received your order, we usually process it within 1-2 business days. Process in terms of preparing your order for shipping, but does not include the shipping time.

We ship to all addresses in Canada and US. For international, a list of countries are eligible for shipping. If your country is not on the list, please feel free to email us (contact@cosmeticworld.ca) before putting in the order.
