I was hopeful, but made it frizzier,not glossy

It’s nourishing but made my frizz worse, there is nothing in this product that defines curls. I tried air drying and blow drying. The only way to get a gloss would be by mixing it with equal parts hair gel, which I will do to use it up rather than toss the entire tube. I have thick hair with 4c coiled curls (mixed Italian/Greek/North African hair) and own cheaper leave in products that work better.
