After we received your order, we usually process it within 1-2 business days. Process in terms of preparing your order for shipping, but does not include the shipping time.

We ship to all addresses in the United States and Canada. For international, a list of countries are eligible for shipping. If your country is not on the list, please feel free to email us (contact@cosmeticworld.ca) before putting in the order.
