Blinc Ultravolume Tubing Mascara 01 (Black/Noir)

Size : 9ml /0.30oz

A mascara that delivers a buildable, lifted, full-glam look with an ultra-black, semi-matte finish.

Housed in environmentally sustainable FSC and PCR packaging, this tubing mascara has a tapered brush that molds to your eye shape with super-soft, ultra-thin bristles for a comfortable application and superb separation. All you need for easy removal is water and gentle pressure.

How to use?

Use on clean, dry lashes.
Start at the base of your lashes and move upward to the tips.
Wiggle the wand slightly from side to side while applying.
Keep applying until you have achieved your desired lift, definition, length, and volume.
Clean the tube opening of any residual mascara to ensure that the cap closes tightly.

How long does shipping take to Canada, the US, and international destinations?

Usually, orders within Ontario will take 3-5 business days. Order within Canada should take around 7-14 business days.
Orders to the US, orders will take 5-10 days. International orders may take up to 8-12 weeks.
We also offer DHL Express Shipping which delivers all orders internationally within 3 business days

Can my order be shipped to me?

We ship to all addresses in the United States and Canada. For international, a list of countries are eligible for shipping. If your country is not on the list, please feel free to message us here before putting in the order.

Canada: Cosmetic World offers FREE SHIPPING for orders over $59 except when shipping to postal codes listed here as extended postal codes or extra extended postal codes.
